Position Overview
The Business Analyst plays a key role in supporting organizational efficiency through project coordination, business systems analysis, and IT systems support. This position works cross-functionally to understand business needs, improve processes, and ensure systems effectively support operational goals.
This role blends analytical thinking, project support, and technical system knowledge to drive continuous improvement across departments.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Operational Support
- Provide support for cross-functional projects, including planning, tracking, and execution
- Assist in gathering business requirements and documenting processes
- Coordinate between departments to ensure timelines and deliverables are met
Business Systems & Process Analysis
- Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Develop recommendations to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and system utilization
- Assist with implementation of new systems or process enhancements
IT & Systems Support
- Serve as a liaison between business users and 3rd party IT
- Support the functionality and troubleshooting of systems
- Assist in testing system updates, enhancements, and integrations
- Help ensure systems align with business needs and objectives
Data & Financial Analysis
- Analyze business and financial data to support decision-making
- Assist with reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities
User Training & Support
- Develop training materials and assist with user onboarding for systems
- Provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption and usage of systems
Collaboration
- Work closely with leadership and department managers to understand needs
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

- Bachelor’s degree required in one of the following:
- - Computer Science
- - Supply Chain Management
- - Finance
- - Economics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to understand and support business systems and IT processes
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical information to non-technical users
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); exposure to ERP systems
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
