The Opportunity:

Je zorgt voor een vlotte en veilige workflow in het labo door dagelijkse ondersteuning en efficiënt voorraadbeheer uit te voeren.

Jobomschrijving:

• Sample reception

  • Checkin van stalen

    • Ontvangen, uitpakken en visuele controle van inkomende stalen

    • Stalen in afdelings systeem zetten (Mosaic)

    • Stalen centrifugeren

    • Afwegen van de stalen

    • Stalen stockeren naargelang doeleinde

  • Strikte tijdslijnen aanhouden

• Weighing activities

  • Afwegen van diverse stoffen, waaronder Narcotica (vast en vloeibaar)

    • Orders opvolgen in Mosaic

    • Stoffen picken en afwegen volgens ordereisen

    • Stoffen wegzetten naargelang doeleinde (shipment, chemist, afdeling)

    • Resterende stoffen storen (in stock nemen)

• Shipment support Compounds

  • Verzenden van Chemische stalen naar diverse interne en externe partners

    • Verpakken van stalen en voorzien van verzendingsdocumenten

    • Labels aanbrengen op het pakket.

    • ADR/IATA wetgeving volgen

    • Stalen opvolgen in de diverse systemen (Mosaic en trackingsysteem)

  • Contact onderhouden met World Courier en Fedex

  • Goede communicatie met team, afdeling en klant

• Avantor Shipment support

  • Verzenden van biologische- en niet biologische stalen naar diverse interne en externe partners

    • Verzendingsdocumenten opmaken

    • Shipments aanmelden de bijhorende systemen.

    • Stalen nakijken en klaarleggen voor ophaling door koerier.

    • Goede communicatie met team, afdeling en klant

• Overall support: Allerhande ondersteunende taken voor de afdeling compounds

Wat we zoeken:

Ervaring is niet vereist, motivatie en leergierigheid primeren!

Vereiste vaardigheden:

• Middelbaar Onderwijs Niveau A2

• Kennis MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)

• Kennis van de Engelse taal

• Klantvriendelijk, netheid en gemotiveerd

• Nauwgezet, accuraat en zelfstandig kunnen werken met oog voor detail en veiligheid

• U bent flexibel en stressbestendig om te kunnen omgaan met wisselende prioriteiten

• Fysiek zwaarder werk schrikt u absoluut niet af
