We're now hiring an On-Premise Sales Supervisor to help us accomplish just that in Post Falls, Idaho!
On-Premise Sales Supervisor :
- Achieve the sales objectives of the territory including sales quota on a monthly basis
- Train, manage, provide sales relief, and assist in developing a full team of on-premise sales representatives
- Work hand in hand with the On-Premise Sales Manager to plan and coordinate events
- Ensure service levels in the market area are designed to achieve execution goals and are fiscally responsible
- Achieve appropriate placements in on-premise accounts
- Organize and conduct business reviews with key accounts
- Participate in inventory management ensuring correct product in the correct account and kept in inventory
- Ensure all sales practices are compliant with all sales and company policies
- Communicate incentives and goals to the sales team
- Monitor performance of sales staff on their achievement of goals and incentive objectives
- Participate in and conduct periodic training for sales team on new products

Qualifications:
- Able to maintain a professional appearance and provide a positive company image to the public
- Previous experience managing or supervising sales staff
- Can demonstrate outstanding presentation and persuasive sales abilities
- Professional individual who can demonstrate strong leadership
- Has outstanding communication skills
- Performance development and goal orientated accountability skills
- Leads by example, can-do/will-do attitude
- Able to lift and carry objects weighing up to 60 pounds
- Pre-employment drug testing and background check required
- Valid driver's license, acceptable motor vehicle record, reliable transportation and minimum required liability insurance per company standards
