Job DetailsLevel: EntryJob Location: New Orleans-1 - New Orleans, LA 70126Position Type: Full TimeTravel Percentage: NoneJob Category: Entry LevelTo continually strive to build our business in terms of market share, sales volume, revenue and profitability, over the entire sales territory that Crescent Crown Distributing services.  To continually work with the On-Premise sales team to ensure “world class” levels of service in the market, including outstanding merchandising execution, developing solid customer relationships and developing individual sales skills. Also working with the draft team to maintain the cleanliness of all draft lines in the On-Premise to Crescent Crown and supplier standards. QualificationsRequirements (Include):
•    Must be at least 21 years of age;
•    High school diploma or equivalent;
•    Must have ability to maintain an acceptable driving record and valid Louisiana commercial driver’s license;
•    Possess own reliable personal vehicle available for regular business use;
•    Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently with little or no supervision;
•    Highly professional, with ability to interface well with internal and external contacts;
•    Commitment to safety program and dedication to Vision/Mission;
•    The successful candidate must be clean and neat in appearance, and possess strong communication skills;
•    Ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment both individually as well as part of a team;
•    Needs to be self-motivated, have a strong work ethic, and practice ethical conduct;
•    Must be able to meet several deadlines in a timely matter, while maintaining a clean work environment;
•    Reports to work on a regular and timely basis, and ensures that work responsibilities are covered when absent;
•    Extended hours may be required as service needs dictate;
•    Promotes and observes safety and security procedures, uses equipment and materials properly;
•    While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to bend, kneel, walk and drive a company vehicle to service accounts;
•    Able to regularly lift or carry up to 170 lbs. (draft keg) and push/pull up to 340 lbs.;
•    Able to effectively maneuver a dolly.
