工作职责:

1. 协调新员工和转岗员工按规定流程培训

2. OJT文件编写、修改、发行按规定执行

3. 建立一人多岗培训计划，以保证公司 长期发展需求

4. 参与 及主导现场改善

5. 稽æ ¸å‘˜å·¥æ“ä½œä¸ŽSOP的符合度， 检查现场文件的准确性

6. 管理层安排的其他工作

岗位要求:

1. 高中以上学历

2. 对公司的车间运作流程熟悉

3. 有责任心，较强的沟通协调能力

4. 有团队合作精神

5. 会基本的电脑办公操作
