Job Description

Responsibilities:

On-Ground Marketing & Outreach:

  • Support the execution of on-campus and off-campus marketing activities and outreach initiatives
  • Represent the university at school visits, education fairs, and community engagements
  • Assist with the setup, distribution, and maintenance of branded marketing materials

Events & Student Engagement Support:

  • Assist in the delivery of university events such as open days, orientations, recruitment events, and workshops
  • Provide on-site event support including setup, registration, and coordination of attendees
  • Work with internal teams to ensure events run smoothly and according to plans
  • Support post-event activities including breakdown and feedback collection

Marketing Campaign Support:

  • Support the execution of marketing campaigns through on-ground activities and outreach
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure field activities align with approved campaign objectives
  • Assist in gathering inquiries, feedback, and engagement data from on-ground initiatives
  • Report observations and on-ground insights to support campaign improvement

Administration, Reporting & Team Support:

  • Maintain schedules, checklists, and inventories of marketing materials
  • Assist with data entry, reporting, and preparation of post-activity summaries
  • Support budget tracking and procurement-related tasks under supervision
  • Provide general administrative and coordination support to the marketing team

Job Requirements:

Demonstrates a strong interest in on-ground marketing, outreach, and student engagement activities.

Shows willingness to learn and actively support marketing campaigns, events, and field initiatives.

Possesses good interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with students, parents, staff, and external audiences.

Shows attention to detail when handling marketing materials and representing the university brand.

Displays reliability, adaptability, and a positive attitude in a fast-paced, people-facing environment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or a related field

Years of Experience: 0–2 years of experience in marketing, outreach, events, or related roles (including internships, part-time, or volunteer experience).

Skills:

Basic marketing and outreach support skills.

Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.

Ability to engage confidently with students, internal, and external stakeholders.

Basic data collection and reporting skills.

Organizational and coordination skills for on-ground activities.

Experience handling branded materials and following brand guidelines
