About the location:

The Server Assistant assists theServer in providing an enjoyable dining experienceto our guests whileconforming tothe restaurant’sstandards of excellence for quality, professionalism and friendliness. The position clears tables and resets them neatly, rapidly and completely according to specification.The Server Assistant assist with the serving of food, set-up and clearing ofchina, glass, and silver from service as well as attend to guest needs and requests.

Job Requirements

We are looking for an individual who possesses an affinity for guest service!Candidates must have excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills. The ability to perform this positiontothe restaurant’s standards and learn the sequenceof service is required The position requires the ability to lift up to 40lbs and applicants must have a flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays. The ideal candidate will have an outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any request!

• Stock linen,china,and silverfor service ensuring that all are polished and in good condition.

• Cleansoiledbar glassware and polishbyproperly utilizing the bar dish machine

• Greet guests in a professional manner, serve beverage and food items while explaining the contents, and anticipate and service the guest’s needs before requests are necessary.

• Preparation of condiment and garnish items.

• Assistance with guest service including retrieving food from the kitchen using a tray and safely transporting it to guest, as well as removal of items from the guest’s table.

• Breakdown, clean and set-up of tables, buffets, and food stations.

Preferred qualifications & skills

• At minimum1 yearpreviousexperience in afast pacedfood and beverage operation

• Exceptional communication skills and command of English language

• Additional language a definite asset for career growth
