ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an On Call Support Worker who is highly competent in delivering care to young people and in responding to and supporting staff and carers during critical incidents in CASPA's Out of Home Care services. Based on the Far North Coast of NSW (from Tweed Heads to Casino), this casual role requires flexible availability across all hours, as needed, to ensure optimal outcomes for children, young people, and their families during times of crisis.
This role is paid an on-call allowance as per the roster and a SCHADS Award Level 3 per-hour base rate for call-out, minimum of 3 hours.
