Position Title: On call Supervisor - Healthcare

Work Set Up: On-Site

Schedule: 8:00 PM - 5:00 AM PHT

Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga

Quick Rundown:

We are seeking a dedicated On Call Supervisor to join our healthcare operations team, supporting an existing client. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising on-call operations, ensuring timely and effective responses, and maintaining high standards of service delivery within a healthcare environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Supervise and coordinate on-call staff, ensuring coverage and timely response to client needs
• Monitor and manage incoming requests, escalating urgent matters as needed
• Ensure compliance with healthcare protocols, policies, and client-specific requirements
• Maintain accurate records of on-call activities, incidents, and resolutions
• Serve as a point of escalation for staff and clients, providing guidance and support
• Collaborate with the client team to align on-call operations with service expectations
• Utilize CRM tools to track, document, and manage workflows efficiently
• Provide regular reports on on-call performance and operational metrics

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably within healthcare or a related service industry
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage teams effectively
• Proficiency with CRM tools, including Zendesk, Salesforce, Zoho, Airtable, and Monday.com
• Ability to work on-call schedules, including flexibility for after-hours coverage as required
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Knowledge of healthcare operations or patient care standards is an advantage
