Job Description

On-Call Service Coordinator (Part-Time)

$20–$25/hour for office shifts + flat rate for on-call coverage
Home Care Agency

We are seeking a reliable and organized On-Call Service Coordinator to support our clients and caregivers during after-hours and scheduled office times.

Schedule

  • 1–2 weekdays in office: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Every other weekend on call: Friday 5:00 PM – Monday 8:30 AM
  • 2 evenings per week on call: 5:00 PM – 8:30 AM

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls from clients and caregivers
  • Resolve after-hours service issues
  • Schedule and fill open shifts
  • Log calls and updates in scheduling software
  • Communicate schedule changes and urgent needs
  • Provide general office support during daytime shifts

Qualifications

  • Administrative or scheduling experience required
  • Home care, healthcare, or senior care experience preferred
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working independently and handling urgent situations
  • Basic computer skills
