On-Call Outside Service Attendant | Lincoln Hills Golf Club
The Outside Service Attendant is responsible for providing excellent customer service to golfers and assisting with the daily operations of the golf course outside services area.
This role supports the golf shop staff and course operations by managing golf carts, practice facilities, and guest services while ensuring a welcoming and organized environment for all players.

Key Responsibilities
Guest Service
• Greet golfers upon arrival and assist with unloading golf bags from vehicles if needed.
• Provide a friendly and professional first impression of the golf facility.
• Answer basic questions about course layout, pace of play, practice areas, and facility amenities.
• Assist guests with loading golf bags onto carts and directing them to the first tee, practice areas, or clubhouse.
Cart Fleet Management
• Clean, sanitize, and stage golf carts for daily play.
• Ensure carts are fully charged or fueled and stocked with scorecards, pencils, sand bottles, and other required items.
• Organize carts efficiently to maintain smooth player flow throughout the day.
• Collect carts from the course and return them to the cart staging or charging area.
Practice Facility Maintenance
• Pick up and clean range balls as scheduled.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the driving range, putting greens, and short-game areas.
• Refill range ball dispensers and baskets as needed.
Course & Facility Support
• Maintain cleanliness around the cart barn, bag drop, and staging areas.
• Report maintenance or safety concerns to supervisors promptly.
Qualifications
• Customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Basic knowledge of golf is helpful but not mandatory.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
Physical Requirements
• Ability to lift and carry golf bags (up to 50 lbs).
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move for extended periods.
• Ability to operate golf carts and light equipment safely.
Work Schedule
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Shifts may begin early in the morning and end late in the evening depending on course tee times and tournaments.
