Compensation:
New hires start between$37.95and$50.60based on experience, qualifications, skills, competencies, internal equity, and market factors. While the full pay range is listed for this position for pay transparency, individual compensation is determined by various factors and may vary within the posted range.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
The RN is responsible for providing quality health care services to all clients including assessing somatic conditions, assessing medical needs, communicating with team members to determine appropriate treatment protocol and course, and creating a favorable group climate for the effective treatment of each enrolled client.
This position supports the Behavioral Health Division of Pioneer Human Services by performing clinical tasks to support the provision of quality and cost effective medical services to behavioral health clients.

This position may require the ability to provide emergency client care.
Demonstrate competency, good judgment, and self-control in the presence of clients and when performing duties. Have the skills and ability to work successfully with the special needs of the clients in our care and have effective communication and problem-solving skills with clients, internal staff, and providers in the community.
Duties require the use of standard office furniture and equipment (e.g., desk, filing cabinet, laptop computer, printer, telephone, cellular phone, fax machine, copy machine, etc.) Ability to use MS Office and other work related software.
