Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Umpqua Valley Nursing & Rehabilitation Center | Roseburg, OR

Pay Range: $44.73–$60.34 per hour

Based on licensed experience

PRN Opportunities Available | 1–2 shifts per week required

Weekend availability required: 2 weekend shifts per month

What You’ll Do

As an LPN, you will play an important role in providing safe, compassionate, and individualized care to our residents. Responsibilities include:

• Assessing resident needs and providing appropriate nursing care.
• Developing and implementing individualized care plans.
• Supervising CNAs and other care team members in the delivery of nursing services.
• Following all applicable state and federal regulations, facility policies, and standards of nursing practice.
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team to support resident health, comfort, and quality of life.
• Building meaningful relationships with residents and their families through compassionate, respectful care.

What We’re Looking For

• Current, active LPN license in the state of Oregon.
• 1–2 years of licensed nursing experience preferred.
• Skilled nursing facility (SNF) or long-term care (LTC) experience preferred.
• Ability to assess resident needs and provide appropriate nursing interventions.
• Experience developing and following individualized care
