We are seeking Contract Mailing Support Specialists to support a high-volume, print and mailing operation in the O’Fallon, MO. area. This is an on-call contract role, ideal for individuals seeking flexible, intermittent work.

This position supports periodic production needs such as peak volumes, special projects, coverage, or short-term demand increases.

Responsibilities

• Assist with high-volume mail production tasks including:
  • Sorting, inserting, folding, and preparing mail for distribution
• Operating basic mailing and finishing equipment (training provided)
• Quality checking printed materials for accuracy and completeness
• Maintain strict attention to detail in a secure production environment
• Follow established processes, safety guidelines, and confidentiality requirements
• Support production deadlines during scheduled shifts when called upon

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely
• Reliable, punctual, and responsive when contacted for shifts
• Comfortable working in a production-based environment
• Previous print, mailing, warehouse, or production experience is a plus but not required

• Must be able to pass background screening as required for secure production environments
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
