NEW Competitive Wages: $25.18/HR–$32.45/HR

Starting wage is based on certified experience

Location: Rose Haven Nursing Center | Roseburg, OR

Schedule: PRN (On-Call) | Shifts are not guaranteed

What You'll Do

As a CNA, you'll play an important role in providing quality, person-centered care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing respectful, compassionate, and personalized care
• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, hygiene, grooming, and dressing
• Taking and accurately documenting vital signs, including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure
• Following individualized care plans and promoting each resident's comfort, dignity, and safety
• Maintaining clean, organized, and safe resident living spaces
• Supporting residents in reaching their highest level of independence and well-being
• Performing other duties as assigned

What You'll Need

• Current CNA certification in good standing with the State of Oregon and maintained throughout employment
• Completion of required in-service education (typically 12 hours annually)
• Ability to read, write, and follow written and verbal instructions
• Recent clinical experience or successful completion of a CNA training program
• Availability to work 1–2 shifts per week, including at least 2 weekend shifts per month, is required
• A compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented approach to resident care
