We are currently seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) who can work 40 hours per week and be available 5 days a week including 1 weekend day. The successful applicant must own a reliable car and be willing to drive clients in either their own or the client’s car as needed to appointments and errands and must accept any case assigned.

Current CNA License
Valid Driver's License and current Auto Insurance
Level 2 Background Check
CPR Certified
Recent PPD or Chest X-Ray indicating negative for TB
Certificates in: Domestic Violence; Alzheimer’s; HIPAA; OSHA, Self-Administration of Medication Two (2) References: Personal/Professional
