
We are looking to create a roster of On-Call, Casual Receptionists/Office Coordinators for short-term temporary assignments in Edmonton. Many of our clients in the real estate industry need coverage for Receptionist duties when permanent staff are on vacation (1-3 weeks at a time, full-time hours Monday-Friday)
If you have reception/customer service/office management/administration experience in professional settings and have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), a positive attitude and would like to be considered for either current or future temporary assignments in Edmonton, we would love to have you on the roster to reach out to when needs arise.
Exposure to property management office settings is strongly preferred but not required. Proficiency with MS Office Suite and comfortability to handle phone lines is a requirement.
