NOW HIRING: ON‑CALL CAREGIVER (HHA/CNA PREFERRED)

Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring an experienced On‑Call Caregiver to support seniors and disabled adults in their homes. HHA or CNA is preferred, but strong experience with elderly clients will be considered.

What You'll Do

• Be available outside regular business hours to cover last‑minute call‑outs and urgent client needs.

• Assist with personal care, mobility, meals, errands, and light housekeeping.

• Provide companionship and respond appropriately in emergencies.

• Work in private homes and, at times, assisted living and hospice settings.

On‑Call Expectations

• Agree to specific on‑call days and hours.

• Receive a flat‑rate on‑call stipend plus hourly pay for all hours worked.

• Return calls within 15 minutes and be able to leave for a shift within 30 minutes.

• Accept all assignments during your on‑call period.

• Maintain reliable transportation and complete required documentation on time.

Skills & Qualifications

• Prior senior care experience; HHA or CNA preferred.

• Respectful, compassionate, dependable.

• Strong communication, time management, and ethics.

• Reliable transportation.

On‑call shifts are paid a flat rate to be on stand‑by for urgent caregiver needs. Full‑time work available.
