What You’ll Be Doing: As our On-Call Specialist, you are a leader in the field. You will:
- Be the hero who covers last-minute client needs between 5 PM and 11 PM.
- Lead the way for new clients by handling their very first "transition" shifts.
- Mentor and support other caregivers in the field who need a professional hand.
- Be the "eyes and ears" for our Care Coordinator, ensuring every client stays safe.
Requirements
- You MUST have a current PA CNA license OR at least 4 years of verifiable HHA experience.
- You MUST be available for the full 5 PM–11 PM window.
- You MUST be flexibility to work with any client across our service area of Montgomery County.
- You MUST have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and active car insurance.
