RN 7/7 On-Call
The 7/7 salaried On-Call Registered Nurse is experienced in nursing and handles a variety of hospice nursing care depending on the current needs of patients and the organization. Duties may include hospice patient visits, admissions, responding to urgent night and weekend patient needs, and/or filling in for other nursing staff. The On-Call RN works from 5:00 PM to 8:00 AM Monday-Thursday, and Friday 5:00 PM - Monday 8:00 AM, following a rotating schedule of 7 days on and 7 days off.

Qualifications
Must have a current Registered Nurse (RN) license in state(s) of practice.
Nurses holding a multistate license can practice in other states without obtaining additional licenses while maintaining their Registered Nurse (RN) license in their primary state of residence (PSOR). Minnesota, Michigan, and Illinois are not in the Nursing Licensure Compact.
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
Ability to pass background, consumer report and drug test.
If Driving: Valid State Driver’s License, automobile in good working order, automobile insurance in accordance with state and organizational requirements, and an acceptable driving record required.
Preferred
1+ years of recent experience in hospice/home care preferred.
2+ years of Nursing experience, preferred

Pushing/Pulling and Lifting/carrying up to 30 pounds. Occasionally up to 50 pounds.
Ability to adapt to a variety of work conditions to ensure the highest quality of patient care in a home setting.
The starting salary range for this role is $73,000-$99,000 annual base salary. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: geographic location, relevant education, applicable certifications, depth of experience, and special skillsets. The total compensation package for this position may also include the opportunity to participate in employee benefits including our medical/dental/vision/pet insurance, disability and life insurance, paid time off, and 401(k) retirement plans, subject to applicable plan terms, and/or eligibility for other compensation.
