• AI & Analytics Strategy and Roadmap
• Lead the Intelligence Analytics function and define the AI, advanced analytics, and data science roadmap aligned with business strategy, operational priorities, and digital transformation goals.
• Business Value & Use Case Development
• Partner with business, operations, engineering, and IT stakeholders to identify and prioritize high-value AI and analytics opportunities, translating complex operational challenges into scalable, actionable solutions.
• End-to-End AI Solution Delivery
• Lead AI and analytics initiatives from problem definition, data preparation and modeling through validation, production deployment, adoption, performance monitoring, and lifecycle management, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, reliable, and production-ready.
• AI Technical Excellence & Governance
• Establish technical standards and best practices for data quality, feature engineering, statistical methodology, model performance, explainability, governance, and responsible AI to ensure sustainable and trusted AI solutions.
• AI Platform & Capability Development
• Collaborate with data platform and engineering teams to build reusable AI, GenAI, advanced analytics, and automation capabilities that accelerate solution development and enable broader AI adoption across the organization.
• Data-Driven Operations & Adoption
• Drive AI-enabled and data-driven decision-making by converting analytics and model outputs into actionable insights, dashboards, recommendations, and intelligent workflows that improve operational effectiveness.
• Business Impact & Value Realization
• Define and track business value, ROI, adoption, and performance metrics for AI and analytics initiatives, clearly communicating progress, impact, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership.
• AI Talent & Organization Development
• Lead, mentor, and develop data scientists, analytics engineers, and analysts, building strong AI and analytics competencies while fostering technical excellence, innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Technology Innovation & Future Readiness
• Stay current with emerging AI, GenAI, machine learning, statistical, and analytics technologies, evaluate their applicability to business and operational challenges, and translate promising technologies into practical organizational capabilities.
