IQVIA Marketing Services ANZ is looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Omnichannel Project Manager to coordinate and deliver healthcare marketing and communication projects across Australia and New Zealand.

Working closely with the Omnichannel Solutions Manager, operational delivery teams, external vendors and other internal IQVIA teams, you will manage the successful execution of client projects, CES fulfilment services and internal initiatives across multiple communication channels, ensuring work is delivered accurately, on time and to the highest standard.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone from a healthcare communications, healthcare agency, pharmaceutical services, media, project management or client services background who enjoys managing multiple projects and delivering exceptional outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Support fulfilment and distribution services delivered by Marketing Services on behalf of CES and other internal IQVIA stakeholders.
• Manage multiple client and internal projects across a variety of communication channels.
• Develop project plans, timelines and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate project activities from initial brief through to execution and reporting.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, internal stakeholders and vendors.
• Translate project requirements into clear, actionable briefs.
• Coordinate activities across operational, data, technology, development and creative teams.
• Monitor project milestones and manage risks to ensure successful delivery.
• Support campaign setup, quality assurance, deployment and reporting activities.
• Drive high levels of responsiveness, customer service and stakeholder satisfaction.

About You

• Experience in project management, campaign management, account coordination or client services.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and prioritisation skills.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and data management skills.

Experience in several of the following areas will be highly regarded:

• Omnichannel campaign delivery and coordination.
• Email marketing campaigns.
• HTML email or eDetailer projects.
• Healthcare communications or pharmaceutical marketing.
• Media campaign coordination and booking processes.
• Digital advertising and programmatic campaign execution.
• Website development or digital project coordination.
• Social media campaign management.
• Data management, customer lists and audience segmentation.
• Healthcare agency, media, publishing or pharmaceutical services environments.
