Are you passionate about creating seamless user journeys and turning marketing strategy into measurable business impact?

We are looking for an Omnichannel Marketing Activation Manager to join our European Marketing Communications Center of Excellence. In this highly collaborative role, you will partner with Business Unit Marketing teams across Europe, ensuring smooth and efficient omnichannel campaign planning, design, execution and monitoring.

You will act as a key strategic connector between Marketing, MarCom and campaign delivery teams, ensuring campaigns reach the right audiences, through the right channels, at the right time.

What you'll do

• Work in strong partnership with the BU Marketing teams as well as the rest of the MarCom team to discuss and review planning steps as well as the orchestration of the end-to-end execution of the design, build and launch activities of the omnichannel campaigns.
• With the goal of delivering measurable business impact, they are responsible for the monitoring, measurement and continuous improvement activities related to the omnichannel campaigns.
• Campaign planning : Review briefs by assessing objective clarity, audience and segmentation, desired behavior change, timing, budget, and impact measurement indicators. Identify opportunities to strengthen campaign goals by driving conversations and brainstorms around strong and data-based elements.
• User journey design : Lead the development of media and channel strategies based on customer preferences, audience behavior, journey stage, campaign goals and historical indicators. Define the role of each channel, audience and touchpoint, including sequencing, nurture flows, cross-channel integration, qualification criteria and fast-tracker pathways where relevant.
• Campaign execution orchestration: Oversee continuously campaign execution status and inform stakeholders about potential challenges or opportunities, serving as key connector. Liaise with MarCom CoE Delivery Center Team to confirm feasibility of campaign execution and activate delivery by connecting with campaign operationalization manager
• Maintain visibility of planned versus actual media investment and flag material variances, underspend, overspend or delivery risk.
• Report and have constant alignment with Omnichannel Marketing Activation Senior Manager on overall progress of campaign plan & execution status, providing ad-hoc input on specific campaigns if needed
• Lead communications on campaign readiness and launch towards key stakeholders
• Performance management and campaign optimization: Establish the KPI and tracking framework at campaign, wave, channel and touchpoint levels, with metrics agreed with the business owner. Lead regular cross-channel performance reviews and turn data into timely recommendations on audiences, content, channel mix, journey, media pacing and budget allocation. Lead optimization cycles to ensure campaign performs at expected level.

About you

You are an experienced digital and omnichannel marketing professional who combines strategic thinking with a strong execution mindset. You are comfortable working across countries, functions and seniority levels and know how to influence without direct authority.

You bring:

• A degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• + 5 years' experience in digital marketing in an international, multicultural environment, with strong experience in 360° omnichannel campaign design & management integrated media strategy or a related field.
• This role requires an assertive, pragmatic, proactive and collaborative leader who can work in cross functional teams, set direction, influence without authority, navigate ambiguity and create accountability across teams.
• Ability to translate business objectives into audience, journey, channel, KPI and measurement strategies.
• Strong hands-on experience using campaign data to optimize audiences, content, channel mix, media and budget allocation.
• Highly knowledgeable about campaign user journey creation and evolution.
• Focus on stakeholder engagement and management with a willingness and an ability to build relationships and to engage across different seniority level.
• Ability to navigate core tools and platforms (e.g., Marketo, CRM system, etc.) required to oversee campaign execution end-to-end
• Good knowledge base of advanced analytical tools to be involved in campaign performance and analysis
• Fluent in English
