Job Description

Are you the kind of leader who sees a customer's entire journey — from the moment they scroll past an ad, to the moment they walk into a showroom, to the moment they leave a 5-star review — and knows exactly how to connect every single dot?

Our client is looking for a Omnichannel Manager (O2O) to lead their next phase of Direct-to-Consumer growth.

This isn't a "digital marketing manager with a bigger title" role. This is a true commercial leadership position — owning the full O2O engine end-to-end:

  • Own the omnichannel/O2O strategy — build and execute the D2C growth strategy across all customer touchpoints
  • Unify the customer journey — ensure seamless integration across showrooms, galleries, website, marketplaces, and social commerce
  • Drive commercial results — deliver revenue growth, gross profit, and channel profitability; own annual business plans, forecasts, and budgets
  • Optimize online-to-offline conversion — turn digital traffic into showroom visits, consultations, and sales through booking systems and lead management
  • Manage the full funnel — map and improve the customer journey from awareness through purchase, delivery, warranty, and after-sales support
  • Run e-commerce & marketplace operations — oversee performance on the website plus Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc., including listings, pricing, and promotions
  • Ensure fulfillment reliability — work with operations/supply chain on inventory accuracy and stock availability
  • Lead digital marketing & acquisition — direct SEO/SEM/GEO, paid ads, social, influencer, and content strategies while optimizing CAC and ROAS
  • Build CRM & retention programs — develop loyalty, segmentation, referral, and post-purchase engagement initiatives to grow CLV
  • Bridge digital and in-store execution — align showroom/gallery teams with digital initiatives via standardized lead handling and CRM/WhatsApp workflows
  • Plan commercial campaigns — manage promotional calendars and ensure pricing/promotion consistency across channels
  • Drive data-driven decision-making — set KPIs, build dashboards, and report performance/insights to senior management
  • Lead and develop the team — coach direct reports, build succession plans, and foster a high-performance, collaborative culture
