Omnichannel Manager

Are you ready to make a significant impact in the world of digital marketing? We are seeking a passionate and innovative individual to provide vital support for campaign and content development related to our product omnichannel marketing plans. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our marketing initiatives, driving business effectiveness and enhancing our customer experience.

What you will do:

  • Be the Go-To Expert: Serve as the Level 1 support for the Veeva IMCM system, ensuring that users have the guidance and resources they need to navigate the platform effectively. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining system stability and facilitating smooth change management.
  • Empower Campaign Development: Provide essential platform support for our exciting omnichannel marketing campaigns, ensuring that every initiative resonates with our customers.
  • Strategic Input: Leverage your expertise in IMCM best practices to contribute valuable insights to our Product & Customer squads. Help shape both short-term and long-term business and technical strategies that propel our success.
  • Onboarding & Training Champion: Play a pivotal role in onboarding new staff by creating comprehensive documentation, user manuals, and training materials. Be the go-to person for training end users on IMCM channels, ensuring they're equipped for success from day one.
  • Drive Production Excellence: Develop and maintain production schedules and deadlines for IMCM implementations, providing top-notch support to Veeva IMCM End Users to ensure seamless operations.
  • Support Brand Teams: Collaborate with our brand teams to produce engaging digital marketing content across various platforms, including websites, online advertising, email campaigns, and video channels like YouTube. Your creativity will help us connect with our audience in meaningful ways.
  • Web Hub Management: Keep our Bayer web hub fresh and relevant by updating content and organizing it in alignment with our therapeutic omnichannel plans.
  • Educate & Inspire: Increase internal clients' understanding of IMCM and digital marketing capabilities, empowering them to leverage these tools effectively.
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep your finger on the pulse of digital marketing technology innovations. Work collaboratively with our Global Digital Marketing team and Digital Head to strategically introduce new approaches to the marketplace.

Who you are:

Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3-5 years of related experience or equivalent

Working knowledge:

  • Veeva IMCM & Content Factory, HTML, multimedia, SEO, SEM, Adobe/Nexxus and other marketing platforms
  • Implementation and support of Veeva CLM Vault and Content Factory, this includes content migration, trans creation, QA, L1 end user support
  • Implementation and support of some or all of Veeva Integrated Multi Channel Marketing (IMCM) Platforms
  • CLM/eDetailers/Digital Sales Aids
  • Approved e-mail
  • Engage for Portals
  • Engage Meetings
  • Engage Webinar
  • Adobe Creative Suite (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash and Dreamweaver) as well as Adobe DPS/Adobe mobile.

Strong Technical Expertise combined with business acumen and leadership with end user/ customer focus.

Strong business acumen and effective relationship management with Marketing/Brand teams along with a strong end user/ customer focus
