Join us as an Omnichannel Engagement Intern and turn your digital passion into real impact for patients.

Your new role

As an Omnichannel Engagement Intern, you will support the team in designing and delivering engaging customer experiences across digital and offline channels. It's a hands-on opportunity to learn how omnichannel strategy comes to life – from content creation to campaign execution – while gaining exposure to the latest tools, platforms and ways of working in healthcare marketing.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the planning and execution of omnichannel campaigns targeting healthcare professionals and patients
  • Assisting in the creation of digital content, including visuals, short videos and social media assets
  • Helping to explore and apply emerging digital trends, AI tools and new engagement formats
  • Tracking campaign performance and channel analytics, translating insights into recommendations for the team
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Medical, Customer Engagement and Commercial colleagues to ensure consistent and impactful customer journeys

Internship duration: 3 August 2026 – 5 February 2027, based in Jakarta. Internship allowance provided.

Your skills & qualifications

We are looking for a curious, creative and digitally savvy individual who is excited to learn how omnichannel engagement shapes the future of healthcare. You will bring with you:

  • Recently graduated with a bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Biology, Healthcare or a related life-science field
  • Keen interest in digital engagement and a genuine curiosity to follow the latest digital trends, including digital marketing, social media and AI
  • Strong creative thinking and a tech-savvy mindset, with the ability to translate ideas into engaging digital content
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with visual and video editing tools such as Canva, CapCut or similar apps/software is a plus
