The Breakdown:

The OMNI Retail Operations Specialist focuses on managing the in-store OMNI Channel technology and operational processes. This role involves collaborating with various teams to enhance sales and fulfilment, improve customer engagement, and streamline processes within the mobile point of sale (mPOS).

What You Get to Do:

  • Leverage technology tools and mPOS platform (NewStore) to streamline operations and enhance customer shopping experience.
  • Oversee the in-store OMNI channel processes of fulfilment, remote sales, exchanges, and returns.
  • Works with digital and retail teams to execute regional safety stock strategies, promotions, and product launches.
  • Collaborate with internal finance and operations teams to support the management of retail business operations.
  • Compare inventory and transactional data between ERP and MPOS systems, performing weekly audits and analysis to keep systems aligned.
  • Assists with on-going mPOS enhancements performing testing and training on new features and functionality.
  • Gathers feedback from retail teams to drive continuous improvements to the OMNI channel shopping experience.

What You'll Bring to The Team:

  • 2-3 years of within a retail or digital operations role.
  • Experience with point of sale, order management, and ERP systems
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Analytical and critical thinking
  • Ability to analyze large data sets
  • Willingness to learn and collaborate with the team

Core Capabilities That Would Help You Succeed in This Role:

  • Strong understanding of retail operations, including sales, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Experience with mobile commerce and app-based retail experiences
