Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support to clients in their daily activities

  • Assist with personal hygiene, medication management, mobility assistance, incontinence care, light housekeeping, feeding and meal preparation.

  • Provide transportation to and from appointments as needed.

  • The ability to document and communicate client needs and changes in condition.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

  • Basic Requirements: Must be 19 years of age or older, hold a valid driver’s license, have a reliable vehicle, and maintain current auto insurance

  • Experience: 1–2+ years of professional caregiving experience

  • Dementia Care: Proven experience working with individuals diagnosed with dementia or Alzheimer’s disease (Preferred)

  • Background: Prior experience working in a facility setting (assisted living, memory care, or nursing home) is strongly preferred, as we value the structured training and professionalism it builds.

  • Screening: Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check.

  • Optional for 68107: Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a strong asset for this location but not required.
