Key Responsibilities:
Provide personal care and support to clients in their daily activities
Assist with personal hygiene, medication management, mobility assistance, incontinence care, light housekeeping, feeding and meal preparation.
Provide transportation to and from appointments as needed.
The ability to document and communicate client needs and changes in condition.
What We’re Looking For:
Basic Requirements: Must be 19 years of age or older, hold a valid driver’s license, have a reliable vehicle, and maintain current auto insurance
Experience: 1–2+ years of professional caregiving experience
Dementia Care: Proven experience working with individuals diagnosed with dementia or Alzheimer’s disease (Preferred)
Background: Prior experience working in a facility setting (assisted living, memory care, or nursing home) is strongly preferred, as we value the structured training and professionalism it builds.
Screening: Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check.
Optional for 68107: Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a strong asset for this location but not required.
