Some of the responsibilities you will undertake with us include:
Plan, coordinate, and supervise maintenance operations across multiple photovoltaic (PV) plants throughout Japan.
Manage and oversee contracts for assigned projects to accomplish the KPIs.
Lead and managing personnel working at assigned PV sites
Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients.
Standardize workflows to optimize operational efficiency.
Supervise and manage subcontractors and suppliers working for the projects.
Ensure all work is executed in compliance with the company’s legal standards for safety, health, and environmental regulations.
Prepare and deliver internal and external reports (including to clients) regarding PV plant site operations using the company’s standard tools.
Requirements
Proven experience in a similar position.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Training in Electrical or Industrial Engineering will be valued.
Knowledge of electricity and/or photovoltaic technology.
Microsoft Office 365: Basic level, mainly Excel and Word.
English: high level; Japanese: native level.
Strong team leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
High level of flexibility, adaptability, and proactive attitude.
Willingness to travel to PV project sites across Japan.
Driving licence.
