🚀 Join our growth! We are constantly expanding and looking for individuals who share our purpose and want to add value as Service Manager within our O&M team.

Some of the responsibilities you will undertake with us include:

  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise maintenance operations across multiple photovoltaic (PV) plants throughout Japan.

  • Manage and oversee contracts for assigned projects to accomplish the KPIs.

  • Lead and managing personnel working at assigned PV sites

  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients.

  • Standardize workflows to optimize operational efficiency.

  • Supervise and manage subcontractors and suppliers working for the projects.

  • Ensure all work is executed in compliance with the company’s legal standards for safety, health, and environmental regulations.

  • Prepare and deliver internal and external reports (including to clients) regarding PV plant site operations using the company’s standard tools.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar position.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Training in Electrical or Industrial Engineering will be valued.

  • Knowledge of electricity and/or photovoltaic technology.

  • Microsoft Office 365: Basic level, mainly Excel and Word.

  • English: high level; Japanese: native level.

  • Strong team leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

  • High level of flexibility, adaptability, and proactive attitude.

  • Willingness to travel to PV project sites across Japan.

  • Driving licence.
