About the Role

The O&M Rule Expert 1 (NSCR O&M Program Manager) shall lead O&M program management for NSCR.

The O&M Rule Expert 1 (NSCR O&M Program Manager) shall be responsible for the planning, coordination, monitoring, and timely delivery of NSCR O&M-related deliverables and activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and maintenance of the NSCR component of the Integrated O&M Program, including applicable deliverables, activities, milestones, dependencies, interfaces, and successive stages of operational commencement;
• Lead the planning, coordination, monitoring, and delivery of NSCR O&M-related deliverables and activities identified in the Integrated O&M Program, including their potential impact on project implementation and commercial operation timelines for the NSCR Master Implementation Program;
• Lead and coordinate the NSCR O&M Concessionaire operational readiness activities, including onboarding, knowledge transfer, and progressive participation of the NSCR O&M Concessionaire in project activities;
• Ensure that applicable O&M requirements in the NSCR O&M Concession Agreement are identified and incorporated in the Integrated O&M Program, assigned to the appropriate IOT functions, and monitored for compliance;
• Coordinate with the O&M Coordination Manager (MMSP O&M Program Manager) on cross-project activities, dependencies, and interfaces, particularly those associated with MMSP interoperation;
• Provide technical guidance to the O&M Coordinator and other IOT members to support the continuity of the Integrated O&M Program; and
• Perform other necessary duties to ensure the successful delivery of the consulting services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Railway Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field or Master's Degree is desirable.
• Male or female
• Good communication in English Language
