As part of the Performance Engineering Team you will be tasked with monitoring a diverse portfolio of solar PV plants, detecting faults, reporting on performance, and supporting key technical decisions by providing actionable data.
This is a demanding role and requires that the applicant possess excellent analytical skills and be able to communicate effectively with teams across different projects and locations.

ABOUT THE MASE MENTORSHIP PROGRAM 👷
Our Mentorship Program provides successful participants with up to three months of intensive, hands-on work experience.
As part of the Program, you will accompany our teams on a rotational program and will gain experience in engineering, research, development and operations, maintenance and management of solar PV assets of all sizes and across various jurisdictions. You will also learn about asset performance analysis and reporting.
