The Sales Operations/Enablement Director, Secondment for US Vaccines will be responsible for formalizing the strategy, processes, communications, and systems to maximize customer-facing colleagues (CFCs) engagement with customers. This individual will work collaboratively across Pfizer Vaccines and US Primary Care to continuously improve the sales effectiveness of CFCs by developing and executing selling skills curriculum, expanding capabilities, and developing a best-in-class operational infrastructure.

This role will proactively identify issues that could impact organizational goals and identify solutions to ensure the team can maximize the business opportunity with prioritized customers. This role will report directly to the Vaccines Operations/Enablement Team Lead.
HOW YOU WILL ACHIEVE IT
Partner with Sales, Marketing, and cross-functional leadership to evolve strategies and tactics that optimize customer experience and engagement.
Lead and manage critical projects to advance organizational effectiveness in selling environment and across customers of US Vaccines.
Evolve and manage selling skills (CAPS) and capability curriculum for CFCs and first line leaders that delivers best-in-class customer experience.
Collaborate with US Marketing Teams, Training, and Sales leadership to develop and execute robust training and portfolio workshop content for US Sales meetings and trainings.
Champion pull-through of all major US Vaccines cultural and change management initiatives.
Contribute to evolution of platform functions such as Coach360, dashboard initiatives, NBA, etc.
Contribute to development of Vaccines BU sales strategic and tactical initiatives; work with regional / area sales teams to develop aligned strategies to pull through national objectives.
Partner with Operations/Enablement Team colleagues to ensure consistency in operational execution across the broader US Sales and Accounts organization.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must-Have
Applicant must have a bachelor's degree with at least 6+ years of experience.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively across multiple teams / functions at Pfizer, both field and HQ-based.
Highly effective at utilizing current sales force technology platforms.
Strong reporting and analytical capabilities to derive insights from sales data.
Effective communication (written and verbal), influencing, negotiating, listening and people skills to effectively develop / maintain productive internal and external relationships.
Effectively communicates with colleagues at all levels across multiple functions (including senior leaders in the organization) with ability to influence outcome of interactions.
Strong internal networking skills to solicit information and integrate industry best practices to the organization.
Nice-to-Have
Master's degree with at least 5+ years of experience; OR a PhD with 1+ years of experience.
10 years of previous pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical/marketing/sales experience preferred with at least three years spent in a promoted position and/or developmental role with demonstrated leadership across peer and manager groups.
Previous People Management experience preferred.
Recent US Vaccines Sales experience strongly preferred.
Demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.
NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS
30% Travel as needed for meetings in New York, NY (HQ) or offsite.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $124,400.00 to $207,400.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 17.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
