As a Graphic Designer on the Brand creative team, you will shape and deliver brand design in support of the firm’s first-ever Olympic partnership—bringing one of the world’s most iconic stages to life through thoughtful, high-craft creative. In a typical day, you’ll concept, design, and refine partnership assets across channels (from email and print collateral to publication, and more), build and maintain visual identity systems that ensure consistency at scale, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to solve design challenges with speed and precision. This work matters because it helps define how JPMorganChase shows up in a moment of global attention—creating cohesive, inspiring brand experiences that connect with people, honor the partnership, and set a new standard for our creative impact.

Job responsibilities

  • Provide expert brand design support for our Olympic partnership, delivering polished creative that meets high visibility and high-craft standards.
  • Build, evolve, and maintain visual identity systems and toolkits that enable consistent execution across partnership assets and channels.
  • Develop and execute creative concepts and designs across card design, packaging, email, print collateral, publication, and other partnership-related applications.
  • Apply advanced typography, color theory, layout, and photography direction to produce elevated, engaging work.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to solve design challenges, align on objectives, and deliver cohesive creative outcomes.
  • Present and clearly articulate design decisions, rationale, and brand standards to team members and stakeholders.
  • Remain current on trends in design, sport, art, and culture—bringing fresh perspective to partnership storytelling.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines with precision and excellence.
  • Integrate AI systems and emerging technologies into your workflow to enhance exploration and execution while maintaining a high bar for craft.
  • Champion a maker’s mindset and foster a collaborative, team-oriented creative culture.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • 3+ years of experience as a Brand Designer working across a variety of design disciplines.
  • Bachelor’s degree in design, visual arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • A portfolio demonstrating exceptional creative talent and design excellence—especially across brand systems and multi-channel campaign work.
  • Highly skilled in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
  • Demonstrated experience with generative AI tools, with an intrinsic interest in adopting and exploring AI-enabled workflows.
  • Conceptual thinker and strategic designer; strong creative problem-solving skills.
  • Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Extreme attention to detail and consistently high quality standards.
  • Excellent time management and comfort working in quick-moving, dynamic teams.
  • Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and a proven collaborative spirit.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Strong passion for sport and culture, with experience designing for sports brands, athletes, leagues, or entertainment properties.
  • Motion design experience across brand, social, or campaign applications.
  • Experience designing for large-scale partnerships, sponsorships, or cultural moments.
  • Familiarity with production processes across print, packaging, environmental, and digital channels.
  • Experience contributing to the development of brand identity systems and visual toolkits.
  • Comfort working with external agency partners and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • A passion for storytelling and connecting brands with people through craft.
