This a hybrid role that requires 2 days per week in our office. There is no option to be fully remote.
The Talent Management Coordinator provides operational and administrative support to the Talent Manager and Head of Talent Management for Vector. This role is responsible for coordinating Talent Management processes, maintaining accurate data across multiple systems, supporting specialists and leaders with day-to-day requests, and ensuring talent programs are delivered efficiently and accurately. This role provides broad exposure across Talent Management and Human Capital while building the operational excellence, business knowledge, and foundational capabilities required for progression into Talent Management and HC Business Partner roles.
This position is ideal for someone with foundational Huan Capital or Human Resources experience who is looking to deepen their expertise in Talent Management. The successful candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, responsive, and customer-focused, while demonstrating curiosity, a strong learning mindset, and a desire to take on increasing ownership over time.
The Talent Management Coordinator owns key operational Talent Management activities while partnering closely with the Talent Manager and Head of Talent Management to deliver consistent, high-quality talent operations, including performance management, specialist programs, staffing system updates, reporting, training coordination, and ad hoc Talent Management requests across Vector and Oliver Wyman. Through reliable execution, accurate data management, and strong stakeholder support, the role helps create the capacity for broader Talent Management and HC Business Partner activities.
While the primary focus of the role is supporting the Vector business, additional support for broader Talent Management initiatives may be required.
The successful candidate has a solid foundation in Human Capital or Human Resources and is excited to grow their career in Talent Management. They are known for their responsiveness, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills. They enjoy coordinating processes, working with data, supporting colleagues, and learning new systems while helping ensure Talent Management programs and initiatives run smoothly. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain broad exposure to Talent Management processes and develop expertise in supporting the specialist population within Vector and the broader Oliver Wyman organization. Beyond delivering excellent operational execution, the successful candidate demonstrates curiosity about the business, develops broad knowledge across Talent Management, and continuously builds the capabilities needed to take on greater ownership as part of the HC Business Partner career journey.
