What you will do
As a Senior Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in shaping client engagements from problem definition through implementation. You will work alongside colleagues of all levels and clients to solve complex problems and drive meaningful change.
You’ll help teams understand client strategic challenges while helping develop the next generation of consultants.
You will:
Lead workstreams on client engagements, structuring analyses and developing actionable recommendations that support client decision-making.
Frame hypotheses, identify key business questions, and direct quantitative and qualitative research to generate insights.
Apply structured problem-solving and analytical thinking to solve complex business issues.
Develop high-quality client deliverables, including presentations, analysis, workshops, models, and discussions that help move projects forward.
You’ll have the opportunity to work across our industries and capabilities, with the flexibility to specialize early or explore different areas before choosing a path.

Required qualifications
3+ years of relevant experience in a Tier 1 strategy consulting firm.
Experience serving clients within Financial Services, Insurance, Energy, Telecommunications is highly advantageous.
Undergraduate or advanced degree in STEM, Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative discipline from a leading university.
Outstanding analytical and quantitative problem-solving capabilities with the ability to structure ambiguous business problems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively across different audiences and seniority levels.
Demonstrated experience working collaboratively in cross-functional, fast-paced environments.
Proven ability to deliver results under pressure while managing multiple priorities.
Fluent business English and either Spanish or Portuguese
Willingness to travel internationally as client needs require.
Nice to have
Data analytics, advanced quantitative modelling, or data science capabilities.
CFA or equivalent professional certification.
MBA or Master's degree from a top-tier university.
