The Oliver Wyman Forum, the independent think tank and convening arm of global management consultancy Oliver Wyman, seeks an Editorial Director to lead, manage, and help set strategy for a thriving thought leadership operation. This person should be a seasoned editorial leader and accomplished writer who can develop and place influential op-eds, shape major reports and articles, and manage a high-performing editorial team. You will oversee the editorial strategy and portfolio for major, multi-year initiatives. You will manage a team of writers and editors, setting editorial standards, creating processes, and allocating resources to produce work with the rigor, clarity, and urgency of top-tier journalism.
