O&L Terminal Manager – Odessa, TX

Compensation:

$125,000 annually

The Terminal Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Odessa terminal, including warehouse and yard activities, to ensure efficient, safe, and organized operations. This role manages inventory control, coordinates receiving and distribution processes, and ensures facilities are properly maintained and accessible for employees, customers, and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage day-to-day operations in assigned warehouses and yard
• Monitor and maintain facilities in Odessa
• Investigate and implement strategies to preplan loads and routes, vehicle utilization, and labor productivity
• Ensure facilities are accessible and safe for employee and customer traffic and coordinate necessary maintenance tasks
• Maintain an accurate listing and count of physical inventory
• Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance of operations
• Order and replace broken parts and/or equipment
• Communicate with vendors and suppliers as necessary
• Manage and train staff
• Additional projects and duties as assigned

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Extensive working knowledge of OSHA regulations and general industry safety standards
Experience using contractor management platforms (ISNetworld or similar)
Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and report writing
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to pass drug test and background (criminal and MVR) checks

Education and Experience:

Minimum 5 years of safety in oilfield industries

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to sit at a computer as needed for reporting/communication
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds on occasion
