This role isa great opportunityto gain experience working on a fleet of newer vehicles across multiple brands while buildinga strong foundationin automotive and truck maintenance.

WhatYou’llDo:

You will perform preventive maintenance and light repair work on our fleet of box trucks and cargo vans. This includes oil and fluid services, tire repairs and rotations, and completing all tasks in a safe and quality-focused manner.

Depending on your experience, you mayassistmore experienced technicians withadditionalrepairs and diagnostics as your skills develop. You may alsobe requiredto drive a Budget Truck on public roads for testing or operational needs.

By helping keep vehicles well maintained and reliable, your work directly supports customer safety, vehicle availability, and a smooth rental experience.

WhatWe’reLooking For:

• Valid Driver’s License (Class A, B, or C)

• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude or prior auto maintenance experience

• Comfortable working in a mechanical shop with moderate to loud noise levels

• Basic computer skills, including typing and data entry

• Must be able tolift upto 50 pounds, continuously stand, bend, reach, walk,sitand kneelfrequently, enter,exitand drive vehicles

• Must be able to obtain DOT medical clearance

• Must be at least 21 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States

• This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely

• 6 months auto maintenance experience or completion of an automotive technical school program is a bonus
