Assisting patients with inquiries and pharmacists with technician level duties. Processing cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately and safely. Filling and labeling prescriptions, managing stock levels, ordering medications, and ensuring proper storage. Managing patient records, processing insurance claims, handling billing procedures, and maintaining records. Stocking shelves, organizing products, maintaining pharmacy cleanliness, and preparing medication orders.
Under direct supervision, primarily provides general administrative support for a project, team, or work
unit. Similar to an Office Clerk or Specialist. May also include some basic data entry and report generation.
