We’re seeking a compassionate Associate Veterinarian to join our dedicated team. You’ll be working in a renovated, well-equipped facility with a supportive leader and experienced staff who value collaboration, clinical excellence, and work-life balance.

Comfortable Appointment Pace: 20–40 minute appointments allow you to provide quality care without feeling rushed.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: $160K–$215K, based on experience and schedule
Medical Insurance Stipend: Includes dependents
PTO: 15 days (3 weeks) annually
SEP IRA: Employer contribution up to 15%
CE Support: $3,000 annually for continuing education
Licenses & Dues: Fully covered
Ownership Potential: Partnership opportunity within 3 years
