ACCIONA, in Infrastructure is currently in need of a OH Physician for the MCRP-02 project in San Fernando, Pampanga

Assist in compliance reviews of the Health Management Plan and other health assessments to support overall Health and Safety management.

Manage the health and wellness programs of ADJV.

Diagnose and treat employees with work-related injuries, pre-existing conditions, or acquired diseases, in coordination with the Occupational Health Nurse.

Issue medical clearances and certificates.

Conduct entrance, periodic, transfer, and separation medical examinations for employees.

Support compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Provide advice on Health and Safety issues and make recommendations to management.

Conduct relevant training sessions on health-related concerns.

Plan and implement health monitoring programs at ADJV.

Develop and generate Health and Safety programs, along with other relevant initiatives concerning employee health.

Required Skills and Competencies

Licensed Physician.

Preferably with Basic Course in Occupational Medicine (BCOM).

Preferably with experience working in high-risk industries.

Must be able to render full-time services to the company as prescribed under RA 11058. Must have at least 2–3 years of experience in the field.
