Employment Type: Full-time

Shift: Days/Rotating

Hours per Week: 40-hour/week

Hiring Range: $18.39 - $25.59 hourly

Below are the shift differentials based on eligible shifts worked:

  • Weekday evening shift - additional 10%
  • Weekday night shift - additional 15%
  • Weekend day shift - additional 10%
  • Weekend evening & night shifts - additional 21%

The actual compensation for this position will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.

Responsibilities:

  • Assists with performing testing, inspection, implementation and maintenance of equipment, systems, and structures.
  • Performs minor repairs and replacements, including but not limited to replacing light bulbs, plumbing, ceiling tiles, and fire extinguishers, as requested/necessary.
  • Receives and distributes materials throughout the facility.
  • Performs the moving of items within/between locations and from/to storage, including office furniture, equipment, and files.
  • Performs duties in a self-directed manner with minimal supervision or direction and initiates immediate corrective action on minor deficiencies; reports major problems to maintenance supervisor for appropriate action.
  • Performs general inspections of properties during repair visits and initiates work orders as necessary.
  • Knows and adheres to safety codes and regulatory agency requirements.
  • Required to perform snow removal with other facilities team members.
  • Weekend and off-shift coverage required on a rotating basis with other facilities members.

Minimum Qualifications

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • Valid driver’s license required

Education:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
