Job description

SPIE Global Services Energy is currently looking for Offshore Training Coordinator to join its workforce in Angola.

Key Responsibilities Include:

HSE

  • Provide the basic knowledge necessary to work on the FPSO and confirm the acceptance level is met.
  • Propose all relevant training actions to improve the individual/group efficiency or the H.S.E awareness of the operators.
  • Provide training on Operational Discharge Management Plan and ISO 14001 Management on site.
  • Organize the collaborators to do the Safe pass mandatory training and follow-up.

TRAININGS

  • Organize the agreed training sessions, lead the training, and oversee the validation of the training modules.
  • Update the training assessment of the DP17/FO personnel on the FPSO and propose necessary corrective actions.
  • Update and maintain training documentation and provide regular copy to the COMPETENCIES AND TRAINING Service.
  • Manage the training documentation (slides, supporting write-up, quiz, training manual) with the support of assistants and technicians.


Profile

  • Update the training matrix necessary based on the modifications of the facilities initiated.
  • Propose the modifications to the Training Department to update the training files.
  • Organize and participate in training sessions for plant Shutdown or Restart.
  • Organize training related to PTW and Standing Instructions.
  • Organize and train new operators and perform contextualized OJT & JOB TASK LIST if requested.
  • Conduct field visit regarding training documentation to update the documentation line.

Minimum level of experience required

Required authorisations

• Risk analysis capability adapted for the team in the FPSO

• Skilled on training in H.S.E, Field Operation, ICSS, Plant integrity and other related FPSO scope.
