Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Offshore Operation Manager to join our team at Star Services LLC in Abu Dhabi. As the Offshore Operation Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all marine and subsea operations for our company. This is a full-time position and requires previous experience in the oil and gas EPC industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all offshore marine and subsea operations for the company
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure efficient and safe operations
- Monitor and analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth execution of projects
- Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Manage and mentor a team of offshore personnel
- Oversee budget and cost control for offshore operations
- Provide technical expertise and support for offshore projects
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in technology
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in offshore operations, preferably in the oil and gas EPC industry
- Previous experience in a managerial or leadership role
- Strong knowledge of marine and subsea operations and equipment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage and lead a team effectively
- Familiarity with safety and environmental regulations
- Proven track record of delivering successful offshore projects
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Willingness to travel to offshore locations as needed
