  • Support the growth and integration of multidisciplinary project teams across geotechnical, geophysics, subsea, marine and energy disciplines.
  • Promote a strong culture of safety, quality and ethical behaviour.
  • Participate in company development initiatives and contribute to the strategic direction of WSP’s offshore engineering business.

What you’ll bring:

  • Extensive experience within consulting, engineering or energy sectors, with strong exposure to offshore projects and clients.
  • Proven leadership experience managing and developing technical teams.
  • Demonstrated success in client relationship management and business development.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasts and business performance metrics.
  • Experience leading proposal development, tender submissions and strategic pursuits.
  • A strong network of client relationships within the offshore Oil & Gas and energy sectors.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, influencing and negotiation skills.
  • The ability to balance technical excellence, commercial outcomes and people leadership.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • A collaborative leadership style with a passion for mentoring and developing others.
