Conduct market research and competitor analysis for offline retail channels, providing insights to develop channel strategies and promotional plans.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, and Supply Chain, to ensure alignment in product launches, pricing, and in-store promotions.
Monitor and analyze offline sales performance, store display execution, and customer feedback, providing data-driven recommendations for improvement.
QualificationsBachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business, International Trade, or a related field.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Solid analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and translate insights into actionable plans.
Strong problem-solving skills in time-sensitive situations, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.
