Long Description

Your Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Robotics & Simulation Engineer to join our digital manufacturing team. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between design and production by utilizing the Dassault Systèmes 3DExperience platform to validate manufacturing processes, design complex surfaces, and develop offline programming for robotic systems.

Role Requirements:

Robotic Simulation & OLP: Create Offline Robot Programming (OLP) within the Delmia/3DExperience environment to ensure seamless transition from simulation to the shop floor.

Process Simulation: Conduct assembly evaluation and equipment simulations to identify bottlenecks, reachability issues, or cycle time inefficiencies.

Mechanical Design: Perform equipment design and tooling integration within the 3DExperience ecosystem.

Advanced Surfacing: Utilize CATIA GSD (Generative Shape Design) to create, modify, and optimize complex surfaces for manufacturing components and fixtures.

Validation: Execute kinematic studies and collision detection to ensure "Right First Time" manufacturing.

Technical Requirements:

Primary Platform: 3DExperience / CATIA V6 (V5 experience considered)

Robotics: Delmia Robot Simulation Apps (Robot Task Definition, OLP)

Simulation: Equipment Simulation, Assembly Evaluation, KinematicsDesign

CATIA: GSD (Generative Shape Design), Part Design

Domain Knowledge: Aerospace, Industrial Automation

Your Profile

  • 3-6 years of experience in Aerospace Industrial Domain with Airbus methodology
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience in client-facing technical roles is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
  • Passion for innovation and a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration.
