Coordinate with creative agencies and vendors to conceptualize, design, and deliver high-quality marketing materials such as brochures, opportunity documents, and floor plans.
Ensure that all collaterals align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate value propositions.
Act as the primary liaison for multiple external partners, ensuring timely and efficient execution of marketing initiatives.
Responsible for planning and executing offline marketing activities within residential societies, apartment complexes, and gated communities to drive brand visibility, customer acquisition, and product trials.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
Stay updated on emerging offline marketing trends and adopt innovative strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Ensure timely delivery and alignment of these materials with broader marketing campaigns.
Monitor the performance and impact of media campaigns, ensuring timely execution and quality.
Maintain a content calendar aligned with brand goals, campaigns, and product launches.
Design and execute customer retention campaigns to increase brand loyalty.

Requirements
Proven experience in offline marketing, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
