Job Description

  1. Develop and implement procedures for tracking company assets to oversee quality control throughout the asset’s lifecycles.
  2. Responsible for the delivery of key customer installations and projects including virtualization (Server and Storage), system configuration, regional supports, Qnet & Self-Service Kiosks deployment and management, Microsoft Server and Exchange rollouts.
  3. Provide supervision and support for 2nd level support Engineers.
  4. Manage and administer computer network and related computing environments including computer hardware, systems software, applications software and configurations.
  5. Perform routine system maintenance for laptops, desktops, printers for performance improvement.
  6. Enter all hardware details into CMDB and ensure information is up-to-date, accurate and auditable.
  7. Supervise all the IT regional support personnel on Software and Hardware issues.
  8. Ensure that system users with issues are provided with stop-gaps within 48hrs before their systems are retrieved for repairs.
  9. Manage VMware Site Recovery Manager, DELL and NetApp Snap mirror replication between the production and disaster recovery sites for business continuity management and disaster recovery operation.
  10. Ensuring the most cost-effective and efficient use of Virtual servers.
  11. Prepare and obtain approval for all IT Infrastructure memos expense and petty cash requests.
  12. Ensure all the Self-Service Kiosks (SSK) and QMS Machines are up and running across all the Regional offices.
  13. Resolve all 2nd, 3rd Level issues escalated on SSK and QMS Machines and engage the vendor when necessary.
  14. Maintenance of proper documentation of procedures to be undertaken when DR has been invoked by BCM Coordinator and ensure that this procedure is updated regularly when changes occur.

Qualifications

Type of Qualification: BSc in any related field

3-4 years

Knowledge of Banking Products and Systems. Knowledge of Windows Operating system and related software.
