Officer, University Collaborations and Entrepreneurship

Responsibilities:

• Involve in the planning and implementation of flagship entrepreneurship competition Hong Kong Techathon+ 2026 and its 10th anniversary celebration events by working with university partners and community stakeholders
• Coordinate delegation visits and meetings with internal departments and external co-development partners including local and global universities, corporates and related stakeholders
• Become a team player in the university collaborations & entrepreneurship team and provide event supports to various entrepreneurship-related programmes
• Provide all-rounded administrative support including but not exclusive to calendar management, meeting coordination, keep track of activities organized, etc.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the management as appropriate

• A bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, public relations, hospitality, or related disciplines
• Experience in programme support, marketing and event management, preferably in Innovation & Technology industry
• Self-motivated, proactive, logical, meticulous and a good team player and able to multi-task and work under pressure and tight schedule
• Outgoing, attention to details, great interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
• Proficient in Microsoft Offices, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Illustrator and Chinese Word Processing etc.
